Seasonal Soup & Salad

Seasonal Soup options are:

Spring Goddess Soup: Vegan Leek Broth, trimmed asparagus, sliced leeks, diced turnips, peas, sugar snap peas, French green beans, carrots, spinach, parsley, and dill.

Summer Squash Soup: Vegetable broth & coconut milk, chopped zucchinis, onions, garlic, potatoes, bok choy, cilantro, jalapeno, apple cider vinegar, coriander, & red pepper.

Autumn Harvest Soup: Vegetable broth & coconut milk, baby bellas, wild rice, garlic, carrots, celery, sweet potato, onion, chopped Kale, and Old Bay Seasoning

Winter Vegetable Soup: Vegetable resihi mushroom broth, leeks, carrots, celery, yukon gold potatoes, chickpeas, kale, coconut aminos, lemon, and parsley

Spring Roll Bar & Salad

Spring Roll Bar

Base: Tofu marinated in ginger coconut aminos with chili sauce, cooked rice noodles, and air-fried rice paper rolls.

Chinese Sausage available upon request

Vegetables: Seasonal veggies, including lettuce, cucumbers, carrots, mint, parsley.

Seasonal Slaw: Seasonal cabbage base slaw with a sesame-ginger vinegar dressing
