The Mulberry House Amenities
Upon Arrival:
Parking is available onsite. Guests are encouraged to park in the horseshoe-shaped driveway, the side driveway, and across the street.
Please do not park immediately in front of the house, as there isn’t a sidewalk available for pedestrians to safely walk in front of the house.
Entry is through the front door. The front door can be opened using a code provided by Kelsey 24 hours before your rental start time. This code can be shared with guests in case people arrive to the house after your event starts. Please keep the code to yourself and event attendees.

Inside The Mulberry House:
Kitchen is equipped with all the cooking utensils, serving bowls, and pots and pans needed to cook. We ask that guests use the bio-straw plates, bowls, and appetizer plates that will be left on the table, along with the silverware, alongside the bio-plastic dishware. Cloth napkins are provided next to the dishware and silverware for guests to use.
Bathroom is the first door on your left-hand side down the hallway. The bathroom will include hand towels for your guests to dry their hands, and is equipped with a non-toxic hand soap.
Indoor Music is provided by the Sonos speaker inside, and YouTube can be used to play any preferred music to set an intentional vibe inside. A iPad will be near the Sonos speaker so you can easily change music.
Backyard of The Mulberry House:
Patio is equipped with a seating area for six people, and a gas fire place that can be lit at night and during the winter. There is a high table that seats four, and a lower table that seats four. These tables can be used for activities, or meals. We encourage guests to sit on the lawn to enjoy their meals; there is plenty of shaded grassy area to enjoy. Bubbles may be set up if requested by the renter.
Beverage Bar is available on the patio, which includes an infused water and herbal iced tea/hot tea (seasonal dependent). Filtered water can be accessed inside the house at the kitchen sink.
Geodesic Dome includes access to 22 Mindful & Modern Meditation Chairs, each with a cushion for guests. These chairs must remain within the dome and are not permitted to be taken outside. The dome is equipped with heating and air conditioning, which will be turned on one hour before your event and must be turned off at the end of your event.
Earthen Floor in the geodesic dome is made of dirt, sand, clay, and straw, making it extremely sensitive to moisture. Please ensure no liquids are spilled on the floor. If a spill occurs, clean it immediately and notify Kelsey before your reservation ends so the floor can be appropriately cleaned. Absolutely NO SHOES are allowed in the geodesic dome.
